As Director of Org Dev, you will play a critical role in making sure that Spark Digital becomes the best place to work at, notwithstanding the market we choose to serve. You are the ambassador of our culture, guaranteeing our core values are the root of every piece of communication,
gathering, and perk of the company. You will lead the strategy of the areas of communication,benefits, and events, aiming them at the wellbeing of our people, always. Your team you will look up to you for inspiration, and you’ll be a key player to keep making Spark Digital rock.
Leads aggregation, monitoring, and communication of Organizational Development KPIs
Manages OD staff’s performance, behaviors, and morale, while coaching and mentoring others and building a culture that aligns individuals' and the company's goals.
Collaborates with setting the vision and creative services strategy for the company.
Leads, supervises, and reviews internal communications and deliverables from an OD
Partners with Recruiting to create and maintain engaging sourcing messages
Leads Organizational Development strategic plan
Sets strategic and operational plans for committees and oversees their execution
Responsible for creating the Organizational Development area budget, partnering with
Facilities. This includes committees, company events, benefits & perks, and travels
Events & Benefits
Leads the strategy and execution of events company-wide
Leads the strategy and execution of perks to make sure they are up-to-date and meet our
team’s needs
Leads continuous assessments & interventions to ensure we attract, retain, and engage
the right talent, partnering with Recruiting and Staffing
Actively participates in our ever-changing, fast-paced environment by updating and
maintaining standards and best practices

Requisitos Mínimos:
5+ years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and ability to influence others
Strategic and analytical thinker
Previous work defining the roadmap for strategies in a cross-functional environment
Proven ability interacting with Sr stakeholders
University degree in communication, administration or related field
Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus
